Refund policy

Once a registration has been written to Bitcoin, it cannot be refunded. Blockchain transactions are irreversible by design — that same irreversibility is what makes your proof tamper-evident and permanent. Once your hash is recorded on the Bitcoin blockchain, it cannot be undone, edited or removed by anyone, including us. That is the core feature you are paying for.
The free preview lets you walk through the entire process before you pay, so you can see exactly what you will receive.
Before you pay
Creating an account is free, and without credits you can go through the whole process and see a preview of the result. A preview is not written to Bitcoin. Please use it, and read what a timestamp does and does not prove, before you buy.
If something went wrong
If a registration fails before its transaction is broadcast to Bitcoin, the credit is returned to your account automatically and you can submit again.
If you were charged and a registration failed, was not written to Bitcoin, or you were charged twice, write to hello@icalledit.io from your account email with the certificate ID or the payment receipt. A person will look at it, usually within 24 hours.
Your statutory rights
